Super easy recipe and a great way to use up overripe bannanas.
2 ripe bannana + 1/3 cup of flour +a dash of cinnamon. Mix together and spoon on to a heated frying pan greased with coconut butter. Flatten with a spoon if needed to shape into mini pancakes. Cook over medium heat. Turn over to get both sides done. Remove from frying pan when both sides are golden brown.
