Dry Rub Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the ground cumin, ground coriander, garlic powder, dried oregano, ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper to make the dry rub.
  3. Season the lamb chops on both sides with the dry rub mixture, pressing it onto the meat to adhere.
  4. Place the seasoned lamb chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack placed over a baking sheet.
  5. Bake the lamb chops in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your desired level of doneness.
  6. Once the lamb chops are cooked to your liking, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the lamb chops hot and enjoy them with your favorite sides such as roasted vegetables, couscous, or a yogurt sauce.
