Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry Sauce from scratch. For this recipe, you will need the following:

Frozen cranberries (3 packages)

2 oranges – grate the skin of one of the orange for orange zest. Then squeeze the two oranges for orange juice.

1 spring of rosemary

1 cinnamon stick

1/4 cup of water- if needed add more water

1/4 cup maple syrup

Combine all ingredients into a pot. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat to medium. The berries should begin to pop. Mix constantly until sauce like consistency (sticks to the spoon). Let cool and serve. Great over turkey or cheese.
